Two decades of local IT support

CNC Computer Technologies was founded in 2004 with a simple mission: give small and mid-size businesses in the Louisville metro and Southern Indiana access to the same quality IT support that large enterprises take for granted.

Over the past twenty years, the technology has changed dramatically — from on-premise servers to the cloud, from basic antivirus to layered cybersecurity defenses. But our approach has stayed the same: show up, learn your business, and handle the technology so you don't have to think about it.

We're based right here in Clarksville, Indiana. When something goes wrong, you're not calling a help desk on the other side of the country — you're calling us.

Owner

Carl founded CNC Computer Technologies in 2004 and has spent the past two decades building lasting relationships with local businesses. He leads strategy and ensures every client gets the attention they deserve.

Marshall Mickells

Senior Engineer

Marshall joined CNC in February 2023 as a Tier 2 technician and has since advanced to Senior Engineer. He tackles complex infrastructure projects, manages client environments, and serves as a key technical resource for our growing client base.

Natalee Danapas

Efficiency Manager

Natalee joined CNC in early 2024, bringing valuable experience from her previous work with one of our clients. She serves as the primary liaison between CNC and our clients, coordinating projects and ensuring seamless communication for all client-related needs.

Office Manager

Lisa has been an integral part of the CNC team since early 2023. She keeps operations running smoothly and plays a critical role in our quoting process, working closely with vendors to secure competitive pricing and deliver maximum value to our clients.

We're based in Clarksville, Indiana and serve small businesses throughout Southern Indiana and the Louisville, KY metro area. Remote support means we can help clients anywhere, but our on-site coverage is focused locally.
